Machining Services

Datum prides itself on the efficiency and talent of our equipment and employees. A combination of skilled workers and state of the art equipment enable us to handle large workloads.

CNC Machining

All die components are produced in our CNC Department, enabling our customers to have broken components easily replaced either by Datum or a vendor of their choice. Our CNC department consists of (10) ten machining centers with a capacity ranging from 30" with 8000rpm to 100" with 50hp:

• 1 Bridge Mill (70"x100")
• 2 Boring Mills (76"x120" & 76"x100")
• 7 CNC Machining Centers

Wire EDM Machines

Datum also houses (2) two Wire EDM machines all of which are networked to our CAD/CAM Department.
